Tucked away in Room 109 of Griffin Hall, the ASB provides vital support to the Academy, ensuring that some of West Point's most visible days are also its most successful.

 

 

The Administrative Services Branch of the AG Division is charged with the following functions:

 

           - Plans and executes the Cadet Awards Convocation, Donor’s Luncheon, and Donor’s Reception.

         - Coordinates the cadet graduation ceremonies to include speaker’s platform activities and presentation

           of diplomas.

         - Maintains accountability and control of the Cadet Awards.

         - Prepares administrative orders and the Post Bulletin.

         - Prepares committee orders at the USMA.

         - Furnishes replacement diplomas and commissioning certificates.

         - Edits and authenticates all USMA regulations and supplements to Army regulations.

         - Proponent for USMA Regulation 672-2, Decorations, Awards and Honors - Cadet Awards Program.

         - Manages the Combined Federal Campaign for the USMA.
