Request the Band Thank you for your interest in the U.S. Military Academy Band. Feel free to explore the various links and read the Stage Manager’s Guides. These guides provide the complete requirements for each prospective ensemble. If you find an ensemble that would suit your venue and audience, then we invite you to fill out the request form: DD Form 2536 and fax or mail to: U.S. Military Academy

linked below: Requests should be submitted between 2 and 18 months prior to your event. We may not be able to immediately respond to your request, but we will hold each request until the Academy schedule permits us to commit an ensemble. In the rare event that an unexpected military commitment arises, we may have to postpone or cancel a community concert. Every care is taken to prevent these occurrences. Please be aware, that due to our musical support of the United States Military Academy, the military community, the United States Corps of Cadets, and our own internal requirements for training, we cannot support every request we receive. Our public schedule is not a reflection of our availability. General concepts to keep in mind are: The Band shall not be associated with partisan political activities. Military musicians generally shall not compete with commercial musicians. Background, dinner, dance, or other social music is not authorized for public events sponsored by non-Federal entities. We supply the music; you provide the venue, audience and publicity. Our concerts must be free and open to the general public. Per Federal Regulations, donations shall not be solicited nor fees charged to recoup the costs associated with our concerts.
