The Honor Conference is held not only to recognize and inspire the newly elected members of the Honor Board, but it is a training event to teach cadets the formal aspects of military protocol, including how
to plan a banquet, how to put together
an agenda, the protocol of seating and escorting Officers and the enhancement
from the knowledge of the guest speaker. This is a one time event for the elected
class during their two and a half year
tenure as Honor Representatives.
