Function
Serve as the proponent for the USMA Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) and Mobilization TDA (MOBTDA)
Coordinate
revisions and adjustments to the USMA Band MTOE
Oversee implementation
of DA directed manpower initiatives, such as Functional Area Assessments
(FAA) and Transition of Installation Management (TIM)
Perform manpower
utilization analysis studies and serve as the USMA proponent for the preparation
and implementation of scheduled DA Manpower Surveys
Lead USMA in
competing for manpower resources through Out-Of-Cycle requests and Total
Army Analysis (TAA)
Coordinate
in the preparation of the USMA War Mobilization Plan and documentation of
the Individual Mobilization Augmentation positions in the MOBTDA
Develop and
submit to HQDA the Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP), the Military
Manpower Training Report (MMTR), the Military Actual Strength Report and
the Military Acquisition Position List (MAPL)
Prepare monthly Civilian Manpower Execution Reports and Post Population Profile
Serve as the
proponent for USMA
