Mission
To serve as the principal advisor at the United States Military Academy
for the Management of Manpower and Equipment Resources and Force Structure,
facilitating human resource requirement determinations and development of
organization and position structures and validating equipment requirements
to enable mission accomplishment while providing the flexibility to adapt
to the Army's dynamic resourcing environment.
