WEST POINT TO HOLD SPRING YARD SALE – April 6, 2007

            WEST POINT, N.Y. – The West Point community will hold its annual spring yard sale on Saturday, April 14 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
            Shoppers from neighboring communities are welcome to visit the yard sale throughout designated housing areas on post. While visitors are welcome, only military residents are permitted to offer items for sale.
            All adult visitors will be checked for proper identification and are subject to a vehicle search upon entrance to the academy grounds. Guests should enter Thayer or Stony Lonesome gate. Washing gate is reserved for entry of DoD decal vehicles only.
            Visitors are reminded that all housing areas enforce a 15 mph speed limit – please drive safely.  In the event of inclement weather, contact the Visitor’s Center at (845) 938-2638. A rain date is scheduled for Saturday, May 12.
