WEST POINT PROFESSORS HONORED – Feb. 29, 2008

 

            WEST POINT, N.Y. – Dr. Bernie Holliday and Dr. Kimberlee Bonura of the U.S. Military Academy’s Center for Enhanced Performance were both recently honored Nationally for their work.

            Dr. Holliday was announced as the National Association for Sport and Physical Education 2008 Dissertation Award recipient. 

            The National Association for Sport and Physical Education Dissertation Award recognizes student research that has the greatest potential for making a significant contribution to the knowledge base in sport psychology.  The award is presented for an outstanding doctoral dissertation completed during the previous year.

            Dr. Kimberlee Bonura was announced as the American Psychological Association Division 47 Dissertation Award recipient for 2008.  

            The American Psychological Association Dissertation Award recognizes outstanding student research that has the greatest potential for making a significant contribution to the theoretical and applied knowledge base in exercise and sport psychology.
