We share our true stories with you because we love both our country and the men and women who volunteer to defend it with their lives. Our Soldiers deserve great leadership! We hope that you will learn from our experiences and become a more effective leader, sooner. If you’re like many of us, the first time you meet your platoon will be downrange, where your decisions will have life-or-death consequences.
