CPT Hand is an Information Systems Engineer (FA53) and Signal Officer who most recently served with the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne). He deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom with the 2nd Cavalry Regiment (Stryker) and is a graduate of the Signal Officer Basic Course, Signal Captain's Career Course, Information System Manager Course, and Airborne School.
