Support Division

The Support Division develops and implements the financial and business operations of the Directorate. Responsibilities include management of: Resources, Facilities, Information Systems, and Cadet Publications Program.

Budget/Business Office
* Exercises control of accounting for Nonappropriated Fund assets and provide financial management for the Cadet Activities fund.

Procurement Office
* Negotiates Nonappropriated fund contracts for supplies, equipment and services.

Supply Office
* Manages and control Appropriated and Nonappropriated Fund property and supplies.

Publications Office
* Manages the Cadet Publication program and the Resale Program.

Facilities Office
* Schedules use of and DCA facilites and oversees its maintenance.

Information Systems Office
* Responsible for the installation, accountability, operation and maintenance of DCA computer systems.
