Ft. Monmouth, NJ – The Black Knights of Army Prep improved their record to 8-5 on the season after defeating Edison Job Corps Academy.  At intermission, the Knights were leading by 15 points, which would be their biggest lead the rest of the night.  Leading all scorers in the contest was Eric Wilde with 22 points hitting 4 of 5 shots from behind the 3 point line.  Also making significant contributions were Brian Hornstein with 11 points and Kevin Brown with 10 points.  The Black Knights will be back on the hardwood January 8, 2010 at 4 pm to take on Uconn Avery Point.  The game will be played in Groton, CT.    

Kent, CT -- The Black Knights were defeated by South Kent last night 87-69.  This brings their record down to 7-5.  Leading the Knights in scoring were Cartavious Kincade with 19 points and Alex Godette with 12 points.  The Army Black Knights will take on Edison JC Academy Monday at 5 at Fort Monmouth, NJ.

Ft. Monmouth, NJ – The Black Knights defeated Salem CC last night 88-52 to improve their record to 7-4.  Leading the Knights in scoring were Alex Godette, Eric Wilde and Brian Hornstein with 17 points each.  Also contributing to the effort was guard Kevin Brown and Andrew Stire who tallied 10 points apiece. The Black Knights went into halftime with a 20 point lead over Salem and came out even stronger in the second half to clinch the victory by 36.  The Army Black Knights will take on South Kent Friday at 4pm in South Kent, CT.   

Newport, RI -- The Black Knights of Army Prep improved their record to 6-4 on the season after defeating rival Navy Prep.  Army was firmly in control during the entire game after both teams got off to a slow start offensively.  Leading all scorers in the contest was Eric Wilde with 16 points.  Also making significant contributions were Cartavious Kincade who dropped 13 points and Kevin Brown with 10 points who went 4 for 5 from the foul line.  The Black Knights will be back on the hardwood Tuesday night, December 8 at 8 pm to take on Salem CC.  The game will be played at the Ft. Monmouth Physical Fitness Center.

Ft. Monmouth, NJ  -- Last night the Black Knights of Army Prep improved their record to 5-4 by defeating Valley Forge 82-75.  Kevin Brown led all scorers with 20 points shooting 6 for 6 from the free throw line.  Alex Godette followed closely behind with 18 points and Cartavious Kincaide also chipped in with 17 points and an impressive dunk that got the crowd going.  Army will play in Rhode Island against Navy Prep in a highly anticipated game between the two service academies on December 5th.

Ft. Monmouth, NJ – The Black Knights of Army Prep were defeated by CJEOTO 80-62.  Eric Wilde led a valiant effort leading all Army scorers with 18 points.  Andrew Stire contributed 12 points of his own along with 7 rebounds.  The Black Knights will have the chance to improve their record to 5-4 after returning from Thanksgiving Break.

Ft. Monmouth, NJ – The Black Knights of Army Prep improved their record to 4-3 on the season after defeating NIA 76-57.  Leading all scorers in the contest was Brian Hornstein with 19 points and 17 rebounds.  Teminiro E-nunu followed closely behind contributing 16 points of his own.  Also making significant contributions were Andrew Stire with 12 points and Kevin Brown with 10 points.   

Selden, NY– The Black Knights of Army Prep came away from last night’s game against Suffolk CC with another win improving their record to 3-2.  In the second half a 10 point scoring spree would give the Knights a cushion that Suffolk seemed unable to chip away at.  Andrew Stire led Army with 19 points and 8 rebounds while Teminiro E-nunu followed close behind with 17 points 10 rebounds.  Alex Godette chipped in with 14 points of his own in order to seal the Black Knight victory over Suffolk CC.  The Black Knights will be back on the hardwood Tuesday night, November 10, 2009 at 6pm to take on NIA.

Fort Monmouth, NJ -- The Black Knights defeated Union CC last night 58-42 to improve their record to 2-2.  Leading the Knights in scoring were Eric Wilde with 18 points and Andrew Stire with 12 points.  Wilde shot an impressive 83% from behind the 3pt line helping secure last night’s victory.  In addition to Wilde’s lights out shooting Kincade and E-nunu each contributed to the solid victory with 9 rebounds a-piece.   The Black Knights will take on Suffolk CC Sunday at 4pm in Selden, NY.

Edison, NJ – The Black Knights pulled off their first win of the season 62-55 against Edison Job Corps to improve their record to 1-2.  Army Prep controlled the flow of the entire first half going into the locker room with a 12 point lead but the Knights cooled off in the second half giving the Wildcats a chance to tie the game.    However, great ball handling by Kevin Brown and clutch free throws by Andrew Stire and Eric Wilde kept Edison’s press from being effective even with 3 Army players having fouled out.  The Army Black Knights will take on Union CC Friday at 6 pm and Suffolk CC Sunday at 4 pm in Seldon, NY.

Ft. Monmouth, NJ -- The Black Knights were unable to come up with a victory against Notre Dame Prep after playing them the second time in just two days.  Leading the Knights in scoring were guards Cartavious Kincade with 19 and Alex Godette with 12. Andrew Stire also chipped in with 8 points going 2 for 2 at the free throw line.

Ft. Monmouth, NJ – The Army Prep Black Knights suffered their first loss of the season against Notre Dame Prep last night by four points (56-60).  The Knights had three players score double digits with Cartavious Kincade leading the way with 13, Kevin Brown with 10 and Eric Wilde contributing 10 points.
