This information is required by the West Point Directorate of Public Safety and will be used for security purposes only. All passengers 16 years and older must present a government or school-issued photo ID prior to being granted access to the installation. All vehicle passengers must be listed on the form. Drivers must have driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance before being granted access to West Point.
