Personal WebsiteLTC Ashley Gardiner is an economics instructor and has served as both the SS201, Principles of Economics and the SS484, International Economics course director. Currently, he serves in the Office of Economic and Manpower Analysis (OEMA) as the Army’s Talent Based Branching Program Manager, running a talent alignment program to ensure that newly commissioned Army officers are assigned to a branch that best fits their unique talents.
LTC Gardiner received his commission as an Aviation Officer after graduating from the University of Vermont in 2003. During his time in the operational Army, he served in the Special Operations Aviation community for nearly 10 years. Before coming to West Point, LTC Gardiner received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
He is married to Erin Gardiner, herself an Army and combat veteran, and has three daughters.
