The Mission

The West Point Martial Arts Club is dedicated to training cadets in close quarters combat in order to develop competent and disciplined warriors. The club provides top notch training in both Taekwondo and Karate. The club consistently receives training from Olympic level Taekwondo grandmasters every Monday night, at zero cost to them. The club is comprised of cadets from all skill levels, ranging from cadets with no experience to cadets with their second and even fourth degree black belts. Cadets also have the opportunity to travel and compete against other college students from around the United States in tournament style competitions. Additionally, cadets also have the opportunity to travel to Korea, the home of Taekwondo, for a training and cultural emersion experience during their spring break.
