Scoutmasters’ Council was established in 1961 to create opportunities for cadets to conduct outreach and mentor the Scouting community. The club facilitates activities such as football Scout days and camping trips. Most importantly, the Scoutmasters' Council organizes the annual West Point Camporee at Lake Frederick, the best camporee in the country.
