West Point Snow Sports Instructor Club (WPSSIC) The Mission The West Point Snow Sports Instructor Club (WPSSIC) is a group of volunteer ski and snowboard instructors that provide an encouraging, safe, and fun experience for the West Point and local community at the Victor Constant Ski. The WPSSIC is a volunteer group of cadets, officers, NCOs, and civilians that teach skiing and snowboarding at the Victor Constant Ski Area. Since 1983, the club has taught over 120 local children each winter. The club service is a terrific experience for both the instructors and students.
