The Theatre Arts Guild Club (TAG) facilitates the Corps of Cadets’ appreciation of and participation in the performing arts while providing members with experiences in leadership and teamwork in a unique, challenging, and FUN environment! TAG traces its roots back to the Dialectic Society established in 1824.
Keeping alive a tradition nearly as old as the academy itself, TAG promotes and produces cadet participation in the performing arts. TAG fosters cadet development by turning the theater into an immersive real-world "learning laboratory" centered on something about which the participating cadets are passionate. Cadets perform onstage or work behind the scenes for TAG productions, work backstage on tech crews in support of professional shows at Eisenhower Hall Theatre, and participate in theater festivals and trip sections to cultural arts attractions throughout the region.
