Dr. Carolyn Woo received her Bachelor of Science, Master of Science and Ph.D. from Purdue University. She was a faculty member in the area of Strategy, Organization and Entrepreneurship. Both her teaching and research has been recognized by awards from Purdue University and the Academy of Management. From 1997 to 2011, Dr. Woo served as dean of the business school at the University of Notre Dame which was ranked the top undergraduate business program by BusinessWeekBloomberg from 2010 to 2016. From 2012-2016, Dr. Woo served as CEO of Catholic Relief Services which served over 100 million people in over 100 countries. In 2013, she was recognized by Foreign Policy magazine as one of five hundred most powerful people on the planet, and one of thirty-three in the category “force for good.” Today, Dr. Woo serves on over ten corporate and nonprofit boards.
