Marc Allen has been a senior vice president of Boeing and member of the Boeing Executive Council since 2015. In 2019, he was appointed president of Embraer Partnership and Group Operations, responsible for preparing for the integration of multiple Embraer group operations with the Boeing enterprise and, upon closing of the multiple Boeing-Embraer joint ventures and contractual support agreements, for delivering on execution, financial performance and growth of total partnership operations. Allen reports to Boeing President and Chief Executive Officer Dennis Muilenburg and divides his time between offices in Brazil and the United States. Allen has held a number of senior leadership positions at Boeing, including as president of Boeing International, with responsibility for the company’s international strategy and corporate operations outside the U.S., president of Boeing Capital Corporation, vice president of Boeing International and president of Boeing China, and vice president for Global Law Affairs and general counsel to Boeing International. Before Boeing, Allen practiced law in Washington, D.C., served as U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy’s law clerk, and worked in strategy consulting and start-up leadership. Allen is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He sits on the boards of numerous global organizations. He is a native of Southern California and received his law degree from Yale Law School and his bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Princeton University, majoring in political science with a certificate in economics. Allen is married and has four children.
