Biography


Major Davel is an instructor in the Department of Chemistry and Life Science—teaching Basic Chemistry and Introduction to Biology. After earning a B.S. in Kinesiology from the United States Military Academy in 2013, she commissioned as an Engineer Officer. She served as a Sapper Platoon Leader and Engineer Construction Company Executive Officer in the 84th Engineer Battalion (HI) and Task Force Ready (ROK). Following Engineer Officer Captain's Career Course, MAJ Davel served as the Operations Officer for the Engineer Regiment’s Department of Military Instruction, commanded a One Station Unit Training (OSUT) company responsible for training combat engineers and bridge-crewmembers, and instructed at the Engineer Captain’s Career Course.
