Biography


CPT Brett Rocha graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. She commissioned into the Engineer Regiment and was assigned to the 27th Engineer Battalion (Airborne) in Fort Bragg, NC where she served as a platoon leader. She served as a project engineer in the Wilmington District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Her next assignment was with the 41st Brigade Engineer Battalion at Fort Drum, NY where she commanded the Headquarters and Headquarters Company. CPT Rocha holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management at University of Missouri-Rolla (2016), a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida (2021), and is an instructor for Design of Reinforced Concrete Structures.
