Dr. Rebecca Zifchock Professor of Biomechanical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Program Director Rebecca.Zifchock@westpoint.edu Biography Dr. Rebecca Zifchock received her doctoral degree in Biomechanics from the University of Delaware in 2007, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City. She became a member of the Department of Civil & Mechanical Engineering faculty at the U.S. Military Academy in 2010 and has taught courses in Biomechanics, Computer Aided Design, Engineering Design, Thermal-Fluids, and Engineering Materials and Design. Dr. Zifchock is a founding member of the Center for Innovation and Engineering. She is currently serving as the ME Program Director and Design and Professional Topics Thread Leader for Mechanical Engineering.
