Gina Ying-Yu Chen is from Taiwan. She completed a Master's program of Teaching Chinese as Second Language (TCSL) at National Taiwan Normal University. Afterward, Ms. Chen taught a variety of students in Taiwan, from kindergartners to international enterprise employees. She enjoys teaching language and sharing cultural differences. It is her honor to be a Fulbright Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) 2021-2022 at West Point.
