CPT Frank Chen is an instructor in the Department of History at West Point. He is a Military Police officer and has served in positions across three MP domains—support to maneuver, detention operations, and police operations. CPT Chen graduated the US Military Academy at West Point in 2015 earning a BS in International Relations and a BS in Chinese. He also holds an MA in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University and an MA in History from Southern Methodist University.
