MAJ Isaac Goff commissioned on May 10th, 2013 and entered active duty on July 25th of the same year. After completing the Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course, he was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 35th Armored Regiment at Fort Bliss, TX. He served as a mechanized infantry platoon leader and distribution platoon leader before transferring to 1st Battalion, 37th Armored Regiment. There he served as the HHC Executive Officer and Assistant S3 (CUOPS). After transitioning to Functional Area 26A, he completed functional area training was assigned to the United States Army Cyber Protection Brigade. He served as a Mission Element Lead, Support Element Lead, and Deputy Team Lead for 153 Cyber Protection Team. After completing an M.S. in Electrical, Computer, and Energy Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, he began serving as an instructor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the United States Military Academy in June of 2022. His military education includes Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course, Airborne School, Bradley Leader Course, Signal Captain’s Career Course, and Network Systems Engineer Course. Isaac has been married to his wife Bethany for 11 years and they have been blessed with four children.
