Jessica Starck is a Research Fellow working for the Cyber Research Center on NIH's Nutrition for Precision Health project. Ms. Starck served as an instructor in the EECS core program from 2022-24.

Jessica graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.S. in Industrial, Manufacturing, and System Engineering in 2013. For the next six years, she supported the Department of Energy's (DOE) National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) mission to maintain the nuclear stockpile at the Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC) and the Savannah River Site (SRS). In 2020, Jessica earned her master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh focusing on data science, project management, and product development.
