MAJ Kevin Scott grew up in a one-stoplight town on the eastern border of Minnesota. He joined the Army in 2012 after commissioning through ROTC at Gustavus Adolphus College. He loves to play Ultimate Frisbee, participate in endurance running challenges and rock climbing (for athletic hobbies), and enjoys reading indie sci-fi/fantasy novels, teaching, and questioning just about everything.

He and his wife, Caitlin, have three pets (a golden retriever and two black witch-cats), and spend many of their evenings and weekends getting up to shenanigans with their growing family.
