Thank you for your interest in becoming Content Management System (CMS) editor. Before you can obtain a publisher account to edit pages on westpoint.edu, you will need to complete three digital training courses and a Memorandum for Record (MFR).

You can access the MFR here, which will require a Department Head or Primary Department/Directorate POC’s signature.
Once complete, please email the certifications that you receive at the end of each training module along with the completed and signed MFR to the Web Team. Please retain all certificates of completion.
Once we’ve received all four items, you’ll be eligible to register for initial training by emailing the web desk. This training is completed via Teams and typically takes about 45-60 minutes and can be done one-on-one or in small groups.
Note: You will need a smart device with you to set up and use the Two Factor Authentication (TFA).
