Born and raised in Joplin, MO. Graduated USMA, class of 2015, with a degree in Mathematical Sciences. Ran Cross Country and Track during my time at the Academy. Served as Cross Country Team Captain my senior year. Branched Armor and spent a year at Fort Moore for training. Met and married my wife, Jamie, and welcomed her son, Luke, into our family. Stationed at Fort Liberty and served as a Platoon Leader in 3-73 CAV during our deployment to Kabul, Afghanistan. Reassigned to Joint Base Lewis-McChord, serving as Troop Commander in 8-1 CAV and BDE HHC Commander for 2BDE, 7ID. Following command, reassigned to the National Training Center as an Observer/Coach/Trainer on Scorpion Team. Received my Masters Degree in Applied Mathematics from the Naval Postgraduate School.
