Major Nina Miner was commissioned into the U.S. Army Adjutant General Corps after graduating from West Point in 2014. Her first assignment was in the 19th Personnel Company in Yongsan, South Korea as an in-processing platoon leader. She then worked as a Brigade Strength Manager and a Battalion S1 within 1st Brigade, 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum, New York. Following Captain’s Career Course in Fort Jackson, SC, she served as the Brigade S1 at Camp As Sayliyah, Doha, Qatar. Upon completion of her tour, she worked as the Battalion S1 for 2nd Stryker Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division as Joint Base Lewis McChord. She earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M in 2022 and returned to West Point to serve as an instructor. Major Miner is a graduate from the Adjutant General Basic Officer Leader's Course and the Adjutant General Captain's Career Course.
