MAJ Patrick Kelly Assistant Professor Course Director - SS307 International Relations Social Sciences patrick.kelly [at] westpoint.edu About Education Research & Publications Major Patrick Kelly is an Assistant Professor of International Affairs in the Department of Social Sciences. An infantry officer, Pat has served as a company commander in the 4th Infantry Division at Fort Carson, Colorado, and as a company executive officer and platoon leader in the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He has deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Freedom’s Sentinel. Pat holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Political Science from Stanford University. His research interests include civil-military relations, public opinion, foreign policy, and political methodology.
