Ms. Amy McNally was hired as an athletic academic support coordinator in the Center for Enhanced Performance in May 2024. Prior to arriving at West Point, McNally spent four years at St. Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania, where she served as the women’s lacrosse assistant coach from 2020 to 2021. In August 2021, she transitioned to an athletic–academic advising role in the Office for Student-Athlete Development and Academic Services. She served as the assistant director for student-athlete development and academic services from 2021 to 2023, and in August 2023, she was promoted to associate director of the office, serving from 2023 to 2024.

At St. Francis University, McNally advised 10 Olympic sports teams and served as a co-advisor for football. She supported student-athlete development by overseeing the Student-Athlete Mentorship and Apple Leadership Team programs. She also taught the Freshman Student-Athlete Experience course, which focused on building student-athlete skills and knowledge in academic success, personal wellness, and career exploration from 2021 to 2023. She holds a Master of Education degree, with certification as a reading specialist in Pennsylvania, from St. Francis University. McNally earned a Bachelor of Arts in education from Niagara University, where she was a member of the lacrosse team from 2015 to 2019 in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. McNally is a native of Suffern, New York.
