MAJ Bobby Berchild

Major Bobby Berchild is from Superior, Wisconsin and commissioned as a Military Police Officer in May 2013 via the University of Minnesota's ROTC program. His first assignment was as an Operations Officer with the 25th Movement Control Battalion in Daegu, Korea. In 2015, he relocated to Kaiserslautern, Germany where he first served as a Platoon Leader within the 92d Military Police Company. Following this position, he served as an Operations Officer with the 5th Military Police Battalion (CID) before becoming the Protection OIC for the 21st Theater Sustainment Command in support of USAREUR security operations. Following the Captains Career Course, he commanded the 6th Military Police Detachment, 1-13th Aviation Regiment, 1st Aviation Brigade at Fort Novosel, Alabama. Major Berchild is married to Mrs. Emily Berchild from Cornwall, NY. They live in Cornwall with their two sons, Beau (8) and Oliver (4).
