The DCA Culinary Group is a self-operated Food Division within the Directorate of Cadet Activities. Our mission is to provide a world-class dining experience to the United States Corps of Cadets, staff, faculty, and visitors at the United States Military Academy. Our portfolio includes branded concepts, sports bars, coffee shops, catering, food truck, concessions, and a marketplace featuring a pizzeria, pasta station, Boars Head deli, and Grant’s Grille.
100% of profits are returned to the Corps of Cadets.
