COL Christopher “Chris” Mayer is an associate professor and director of the Philosophy Division in the Department of Law & Philosophy at the United States Military Academy.

He has served in quartermaster and force management assignments at Fort Campbell, Kentucky; Japan; Fort Monroe, Virginia; and Iraq. COL Mayer also served in the Department of Defense’s Office of Military Professionalism.
