Mr. Jeffrey Roszkowski
Business Manager
Directorate of Cadet Activities
Jeffrey Roszkowski is the business manager for the Directorate of Cadet Activities at the United States Military Academy in West Point.
He grew up in North Merrick, Long Island, and studied leisure studies and recreational management at the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team. He began his 25-plus-year career in the hospitality industry at Jones Beach State Park as a line cook with Volume Services. After graduating from UNC, Mr. Roszkowski joined Delaware North Companies as commissary manager at Cleveland Browns Stadium. Within five years, he was promoted to assistant general manager at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, Florida. He later opened Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia as commissary manager and was part of the takeover team for Memphis International Airport.
Mr. Roszkowski joined Boston Culinary Group in 2003 as both commissary and concessions manager at Dolphin Stadium in Miami. He was responsible for all aspects of food and beverage, including Super Bowl XLI, Super Bowl XLIV and the FedEx Orange Bowls. During his time with Boston Culinary Group, he also assisted with the NHL All-Star Game at the National Car Rental Center in Sunrise, Florida, and helped with the takeover at the Florida State Fair in Tampa.
For the past 14 years, he has been with USMA and is now the business manager for DCA Culinary Group. His focus for the first 10 years was the sales and operation of Grant Hall. Today, he oversees the concessions operation and all DCA culinary projects. During his time at West Point, Mr. Roszkowski also consulted on Super Bowl XLV in Dallas with Legends Hospitality Management.
He and his wife Janine have three children: Madison, Joseph and Dylan. Mr. Roszkowski enjoys traveling, coaching his sons’ youth lacrosse and football teams, and spending time with family and friends.
