She graduated and commissioned from the United States Military Academy in 2014 as a Military Intelligence Officer. She studied Russian history at West Point and received her MA in history from Stanford University in 2023. She is married to CPT Andrew DeFabio and has a daughter, Maeve. CPT DeFabio enjoys snowboarding and serves as an Officer-in-Charge of the Ski Patrol Club.
