Major Jae Yu is an Instructor of Economics in the Department of Social Sciences at the United States Military Academy at West Point. An Army Infantry Officer, Jae most recently served as the Crisis Action Team Executive Officer for Combined Forces Command in Yongsan, Korea. In addition, he served as the Company Commander at the Joint Security Area in Panmunjom, Korea. He did his lieutenant time at the 25th Infantry Division where he served as a rifle platoon leader, company executive officer, and aide-de-camp. Jae deployed with Special Operations to Kabul, Afghanistan in support of Operation Freedom's Sentinel. Jae holds a B.S. in Economics from the United States Military Academy and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Jae is married to his wife, Jenny.
