Captain Jeff Yao is an Instructor of Economics in the Department of Social Sciences at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Jeff commissioned as a Military Intelligence officer from West Point in 2013. His past assignments include a variety of tactical intelligence positions in 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team at Ft. Carson, CO. Most recently, he served as the Headquarters and Headquarters Company Commander for 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command in Camp Henry, ROK. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the United States Military Academy and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Jeff and his wife, Jen, have three children, Leonard, Pax, and Haylee.
