Jeffrey Roszkowski grew up in North Merrick, Long Island and studied Leisure Studies and Recreational Management at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team. He began his 25-plus career in the hospitality industry at Jones Beach State Park as a line cook with Volume Services. After UNC Jeffrey joined Delaware North Companies as the Commissary Manager at the Cleveland Browns Stadium. Within his five years at Delaware North Companies, he was promoted to the Assistant General Manager at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, Florida. He later opened Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia as the Commissary Manager and was part of the takeover team for Memphis International Airport. Jeffrey joined Boston Culinary Group as both the Commissary and Concessions Manager at Dolphin Stadium, Miami in 2003. He was responsible for all aspects of food and beverage to include the Superbowl XLI, Superbowl XLIV and FedEx Orange Bowls. During his time with Boston Culinary Group, Jeffrey also assisted with the NHL All-Star game at the National Car Rental Center in Sunrise, Florida and assisted with the takeover at the Florida State Fair in Tampa, Florida. For the past 14 years, Jeffrey has been with the United States Military Academy and is now the Business Manager for DCA Culinary Group. His focus for the first 10 years was the sales and operation of Grant Hall. Today, Jeffrey oversees the concessions operation and all DCA culinary projects. During his time at West Point, Jeffrey also consulted on Superbowl XLV in Dallas, Texas with Legends Hospitality Management. Jeffrey is married to Janine, and they have three children; Madison, Joseph and Dylan. Jeffrey enjoys traveling, coaching his son’s youth lacrosse and youth football teams and spending time with family and friends.
