
Ms. Kristin Palmieri joined the Center for Enhanced Performance in 2003 where she teaches the Student Success Seminar and serves as an academic coach. Ms. Palmieri is a licensed Mental Health Counselor with many years of teaching experience. She holds two licenses, one as a New York Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and second as a New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Ms. Palmieri’s passion for helping others goes beyond her experience and practice, as she taught for 19 years as a Senior Adjunct Psychology Professor at SUNY Westchester Community College. After the 9/11 tragedy she joined the US Federal Government as a Special Agent (Civil Aviation Security Specialist) with the US Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration on the Outstanding Scholar Program in Newark, NJ. She proudly worked for the Federal Aviation Administration from 2002-2014. On several occasions, Ms. Palmieri taught international hazmat law at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. She was an on-the-job trainer for new hire Special Agents at JFK International Airport.
