Dr. Lynn M. Messina, Ph.D.

Dr. Lynn Messina was born and raised in Queens, New York, and has lived her whole life in New York City. She enjoys books, baseball, her family and friends, and attending theater and art museums. She belongs to a wine club and a book group and is on a mission to visit all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums.

Dr. Messina initially planned to become a high school English teacher but was encouraged by her college professors to pursue a doctorate. After teaching college English for 10 years, she transitioned to the publishing industry, where she has worked in both editorial and production roles creating educational books.
