Major Madison Oliver is an Adjutant General Officer and Instructor in the Department of Systems Engineering. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy and a Master of Science in Systems Development in Engineering Management from Texas A&M University. MAJ Oliver commissioned in 2015 and was first assigned as a Human Resources (HR) Platoon Leader at Fort Carson, Colorado. She then deployed throughout Europe in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve (OAR 2017) as the Battalion S1 within 1st Battalion, 66th Armor Regiment. She then applied for and was accepted to serve in the 1st Space Battalion, 1st Space Brigade as the Battalion S1 in the Army's only Active Duty Space Unit. During her most recent operational experience, she served as the primary staff Officer in the 3-501st Assault Helicopter Battalion at Fort Bliss, TX where she supported the Southwest Border Mission. During Graduate School, MAJ Oliver worked in the Defense Industry for the Elbit America Project Management Office as an Officer Liaison with her primary focus on Process Improvement through Systems and Process Modeling. MAJ Oliver most recently joined the Systems Team in July 2023 as an Instructor in the Department of Systems Engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point where she taught and now is the Course Director for EM384: Analytical Methods for Engineering Management. MAJ Oliver and her husband, Jacob Browning, have two sons: Ezra (4) and Oliver (7 Months).
