Colonel Mark Crow is the Director of the U.S. Army's Office of Economic and Manpower Analysis (OEMA). His research interests include topics in labor and public economics that inform the manning of an All-Volunteer Force and the military's role in shaping labor market outcomes. Mark holds a BSE in Aerospace Engineering and a ME in Space Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan, a MPA from Princeton University, and a PhD in Public Policy and Economics from the University of Michigan. Mark is an Academy Professor at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a former infantry officer with operational deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.
