COL Mark Crow is the deputy department head for the Department of Social Sciences at the United States Military Academy (USMA) in West Point, New York. He is the former director of the U.S. Army's Office of Economic and Manpower Analysis (OEMA). He is an academy professor at USMA and a former infantry officer with operational deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.

His research interests include topics in labor and public economics that inform the manning of an all-volunteer force and the military's role in shaping labor market outcomes. 

Crow holds a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering and a master's degree in space systems engineering from the University of Michigan, a master's in public administration from Princeton University, and a doctorate in public policy and economics from the University of Michigan.
