Daily Physical Training
A typical Physical Readiness Training (PRT) session will consist of a 10-minute active warm-up, 20-40 minutes of continuous exercise, and a 10-minute cool-down. Your days in CBT will begin at 0530 with PRT.
Endurance & Mobility
You will run at various distances and intensities, including short sprints, hills and foot marches, while carrying a weighted rucksack. You can initially expect to march three miles in one hour with 20 pounds, then increase time, distance and weight every week. Eventually, you will work up to 12 miles in four hours with 35 pounds.
Strength & Mobility
You will conduct push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, dips and other muscular strength and endurance exercises.
