Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) Office Superintendent's Staff About The USMA Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) Office is responsible for advising the Superintendent on SOH matters pertaining to West Point; developing and implementing the USMA Safety Program; coordinating and integrating with other SOH, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, and Fire and Emergency Services personnel.
