Dr. Shelly Pauling Instructor Performance Psychology Center for Enhanced Performance lezshell.pauling [at] westpoint.edu About Education Doc Shelly hails from Baltimore, MD. She is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute, Class of 2006. During here cadetship, she was a sprinter and heptathlete. Before arriving at West Point, Doc Shelly was working with Special Operations Command soldiers going through their respective Qualification Courses. When she is not interacting with cadets, she enjoys singing at karaoke, watching movies and completing jigsaw puzzles.
