As a United States Military Academy graduate, CPT Wilby has served as both an armor and military intelligence officer in the U.S. Army. His past positions include scout platoon leader, battalion intelligence officer, and company commander. CPT Wilby also earned his master's in education from Baylor University, focusing on STEM student education and student financial aid. Some of his favorite hobbies include watching baseball, reading, and running.
