The McDonald Conference for Leaders of Character (MCLC) brings together top undergraduate leaders from around the world to engage with senior mentors in a team-based, experiential setting. The conference strengthens leadership skills, critical thinking, and collaboration while exploring strategies to address pressing global challenges.
Hosted by the Department of Behavioral Sciences & Leadership (BSL) and the West Point Leadership Center (WPLC), the event will take place March 12-15, 2026. Additional details will be shared as the conference approaches.
