Dr. Andrew Berardy

Dr. Andrew Berardy is a sustainability scientist with a research specialization in life cycle assessment and sustainable food systems. His research and publication topics have included the food-energy-water nexus, environmental nutrition, studies of expertise and experience, sustainability education, and sustainability-related behavioral interventions. He earned his B.S. in International Studies from Rochester Institute of Technology with a minor in sociology and anthropology, his M.S. in International Studies from St. John Fisher University, and his Ph.D. in Sustainability from Arizona State University. He served as a postdoctoral researcher studying the food-energy-water nexus, sustainable food systems, and sustainable behavior at Arizona State University and then environmental nutrition at Loma Linda University.
